There is a NOTAM (NOTAM 1/9853) that EAA has posted on the welcome page of their website. The way I read it, unless further restrictions are lifted, the decision is not ours to make. What we are hearing about in the news applies to commercial flights, but GA flights are still grounded until further notice.
