I was told the missing vent was the BL-141 which vented the D Section of the
wing.   I will call and ask this to be confirmed.   FYI this aircraft was kit
ser # 11 if this makes any difference in the analysis(?).

The inspector who commented on the Kissemme accident is at OSH and will
probably see your post when he gets home.   I am aware he spoke to the FAA
concerning his observations so if he does not mention in on the LML I am sure
it will come out in the report by the NTSB
