I've read several posts over the past few months about this subject. Many have described difficulty getting the tubing into the hinge. I have the opposite problem. Mine goes in too easy, and the hinge ends up too sloppy. I am sure I have the correct tubing: Teflon PTFE spaghetti tubing, OD 0.090, ID 0.066, from McMaster-Carr. I've redone several hinges with the stuff and have decided to take it back out again. Has anyone else had this experience? By the way, my hinges are still new (0 hours), so they are not worn.
