The send key is final.  I now see the advantages of an agreement with
payments on a performance basis.  It works for both sides.
I have been very lucky to simply receive a check for $15,000 quarterly.  I
do at times wait for payment.  I respond with total financial records from
my business account on a similar time schedule.  I use my accounts and
distributorships to purchase all but the expensive factory items such as
panel, prop and engine and the SFB kits added later which I could not cover.
The money is huge.  My owner said on his last visit "Wow, so many parts".
My reply to him was "Wow, so much money".  I guess our perspectives are
quite different.
I, for one, find this challenge facinating.  Having built, flown, owned and
worked on aircraft my entire life this is the ultimate.  Too bad there is so
much sanding, but I'm a stickler for details.
