That's almost enough to scare me out of this business.  If the heavy
responsibility of producing a sound and sturdy easily maintained aircraft
isn't too much then there is that attitude that the owner may get ripped
off.  Escrow accounts be dammed.  I guess I'm very lucky to build for
someone as kind as my owner.  Of course, we've known each other for 30+
years.
I am charging $25/hr based on a forty hour week, ie. $52,000 per year.  A
steal.  A&P since '69, BSAME Northrop Tech, IA, ATP blah, blah, blah...
I would love to build another IV-P after this one is complete but it seems a
remote possibility from here.
