It's annoying so I don't look at it anymore. During the building stage, if I remember correctly, the manual did not specify a specific incidence figure but rather a small acceptable range. When I flew Bill Harrelson's 320 (small tail) a few weeks ago, I checked his elevator at cruise and it was nice and flush with the horizontal stab. He must have picked the correct incidence figure...
