Several years ago a  member of the Mail List made a presentation at our
Oshkosh Lancair Forum about the flying characteristics of a Lancair 360
with a tow bar attached in flight.  It was a great presentation.  It is
always best to learn through others' experiences.

This year Marve Kaye is organizing the forum and I know is lining up
speakers.  I've heard that Brent Regan will be speaking, I will be talking
about the Chain of Events leading to accidents.  Turbocharging and other
topics are on the agenda.

I'm sure Marv would like input as to what you would like to hear and
volunteers to give short 10 minute or less presentations.  We have had very
good attendance at these forums in the past and we hope to see all of you
there this year.

Marv, when and where is the foum this year anyway?

[The Lancair Builders' Forum will once again be held in the Bose Pavilion
on Friday afternoon, July 27, at 5:30 PM.  I've been meaning to make this
announcement but have been a little busy with the next issue of the
Network News... and it's true... if any of you would like to volunteer a
few minutes of your time and present to the group at the Forum, please drop
me a private email or call me at 941-694-3757 to make the arrangements.  If
you have a suggestion for a topic you'd like covered I'd also like to
hear about that, and the contact info is the same.  BTW, the Bose
Pavilion is in the Forum Tent area, not far from the Lancair Kitplane
factory tent.  I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
