Thanks for sharing your experience Bill.  It takes a big man to openly admit an
event like that and I admire you for that.

My personal policy is no-towing after pre-flight.  I am hoping that I will
always be able to see the tow-bar during the pre-flight (I have caught it once
so far).  If I miss a tow bar during a preflight, I can only imagine what else I
must have missed.
