I attach a copy of the annual checklist for the 360 which was copied from
the LNN a couples of year ago. It is in Excel format  I have used it for the
past two annuals and it appears to be complete.  You should modify it to
suit your individual systems.  I also include a copy of the checkoff list
made specifically for my bird. That format is MSFT Word.  Again you need to
tailor it specific to your systems.
