Wow, that's impressive, but not what I had in mind.  Actually, I just found it:
 
HPclimb = (ROC / 33000) * Wt 
As an example, let's say I'm getting 1500 fpm now, at a weight of 1150 lbs.  That give a figure of 52 HP that it being used to make the plane climb.  Add 30 HP to that, and the ROC would be 2350 fpm.   These are just rough example numbers, and also don't account for better efficiency with a larger prop, etc.  Just fun to play with.
