Folks, here is a proposal for a new organization to look after the interest
of "Alternate Technology" uses in experimental aircraft.  They hope to
create an organization that will promote safe use of alternate technology
and represent members interest with other parties (such as insurance
companies).  I'm not much of a joiner, but in so much  as I have bitched
about the EAA not giving a rat's ass about the true experimenter, I was
delighted to sign on as a potential member.  Give it a look, it may be the
best approach given the EAA is not so inclinded to look after our interest.
