Bruce Turrentine's instuctions are to remove the actuator rod from the
end the the bypass valve and install a 0.40" solid plug into the pulley bolt
recess.  From what I've read off Tracy's web site this 0.4" is not the correct length if you are using the Racing Beat pulley to slow the water pump.  I assume there is a differance in thickess between the stock and RB pulley but I've not taken mine back off to measure it and fix the length of the plug.
