We have made several for airplanes, like Team 38.  V6 - V8 big and small, Ford.
 
They come in 32amps or 64amps

I'd like more info on the alternator/pulley system you have.  how many amps can it produce at 5000rpm?  I am building an airplane and this could be an ideal backup emergency power source.
