After nearly 90 min of continuous grinding with a large dremmel wheel I gave up. I made no change in the size of the opening. Truly, a large manually operated waste gate is the best. OK, OK, I was going to have one but all this talk of beers... I used an air die grinder to do the job and it went easy. I also drilled through the center scroll as well during my rebuild as per the ATS guys. It also was an easy mod to do and I feel it has made a difference as I show absolutely no signs of boost creep now.
