John, just get the guts out of the turbo and fly NA. You have the high compression rotors. Buly This should be a mechanically easy way to get back in the air. You should be able to try this pretty easily to see what sort of static rpm you can get. I think you may find that your prop is so overpitched that you "need" the turbo to get any decent rpm. Please try this on the ground.
