Hmmm. Tracy said it would be ok to mix and match (with resistors for the peak & hold). I guess I'll have to adjust the MAP table accordingly. John

I have used the same injector opening value (1.0 msec) with Mazda injectors of both types (P&H, Sat) quite happily. The low Z injectors have been driven with both P&H (1.0 msec DC opening pulse and 30% PWM afterwards) and resistor schemes (5 ohm, 25W Ohmites mounted to a 25x50mm Al plate) with no change in fueling tables. Of course, the high Z injectors were driven directly. I currently use 680s with a resistor pack as described. The resistors are accessible while running, they never get more than barely warmer than ambient temp in the closed compartment they reside in.
