So it was too small a return line? Yes, I finally decided to listen to everyone and install a larger line. I guess it's not just the ability to return the oil, but I have come to realize that there probably needs to be space for air to pass over the oil within the line. To compound the picture I also make two other changes. I installed a .110 inch restrictor based on the recommendations of the turbo rebuilder, and I installed a blow off valve. My guess is that the return line made the difference, but I'll never know for sure. Excellent. So it was too small a return=20 line?

Yes, I=20 finally decided to listen to everyone and install a larger line.  I = guess=20 it's not just the ability to return the oil, but I have come to realize = that=20 there probably needs to be space for air to pass over the oil within the = line.

To=20 compound the picture I also make two other changes.  I installed a = .110=20 inch restrictor based on the recommendations of the turbo rebuilder, and = I=20 installed a blow off valve.  My guess is that the return line made = the=20 difference, but I'll never know for sure.
