 A couple of things.  I presume you have measured the voltage at the "s"
wire terminal at the alternator and it reflects your battery voltage before
the engine is started.  Also make certain that your fuse shows continunity.
Seems I recall that I needed a diode in the "L" line (I also had the relay
coil as does Tracy).  I don't have the wiring diagram, but for some reason
it sticks in my mind that the diode was necessary.
