Hi Guys,
My 70amp original equip, (Mitsubishi) alternator does not seem to be doing
its little job.  My local overhaul man says all its internal goodies are
just fine and it is generating all it is supposed to do.  Hummm, maybe its
my wiring?  Here's they current setup. (pun intended)

1. I have the "s" wire ("R" on other alternators), the field wire, powered
off the essential bus switched by the master switch.
2. The "L" wire runs a dashboard light to the essential bus too.
3. "B" wire runs to an alternator contactor, to a large fuse, to the
battery.  This contactor is grounded through a dash switch.

In an ancient newsletter, Tracy showed a 'check relay' wired into the 'L'
circuit which I do not have.  My local man said my wiring should be okay,
but we have no juice...  what gives?

Any suggestions,
TIA
