I hope to try this again tomorrow evening, starting out with a cool engine, and making a climb at 110 knots, and see how it does.  My second flight coolant temperature wasn't nearly as high as today's' even though it was a warmer day.

Hi Steve,

This is just what I was going to suggest.  Keep it short if the temps are too high, but maybe it will be OK.  There are a number of folks using the stock cooler, so there should be people who can tell you how it works for them.  If you continue to run hot, then you need more airflow. 

Speaking of airflow... inlets are only 1/3 of the picture.  The outlet area should be larger than the inlet area.  Is there any chance you've got the outlet too small?  That would affect both water, and oil, which both seem high for you.
