For those of you that use the oil pan bolts for the engine mount like Tracy
does, what are you using for bolts?  Are you just using the average Ace
Hardware bolts, or do they make Grade 8 metric hardware?  How about AN grade
6mm bolts?  Do those exist?

Probably best to use metric 8.8 bolts.  The Grade 9 are more brittle.  Mcmaster-Carr or your local bolt supplier.
