Ok, Rusty

Here is the best I can do.  Complete intake shows tubes going up into my "Dynamic" chamber.  FOAMF shows the foam forms I made to 1.  Connect two Secondaries and tow primaries 2.  Interface with the three holes in the TB
FIB_Form shows how the fiberglass ducts came out.  These are connected inside the metal cover to the tubes with JB WELD (what else) and the metal Can also clamps them to the metal flange.

Secondaries are on the bottom of the lower manifold (in the six port can shafts) and primaries are in the block.

Hope it helps.

For your information Tracy eliminated the single hole primary from the TB and shared the two remaining secondary holes in the TB between the primary and secondary paths.  Think of a curved plate dividing the two channels inside a wooden box, then place the TB such that the opening is shared by both by placing the hole over the diving plate.

If you have his old "Mazda Papers" issues, he has a photo in one of them somewhere.
