My RV-4 plans show 1/4 " offset.  Do the RV-3 plans show the same amount???

I haven't actually looked at the plans.  Fred built my mount, and according to his site, he adds 1.5 degrees of offset if you want it.  Using that angle, and rough distances from memory, I figure I would need a 3/4" shim behind the left side of the mount to make the offset zero.  Of course that also would point the landing gear 1.5 degrees to the right.
