I'm on it. I would like to clear up one misconception, though. I don't want to start an off topic flame war, but I've heard this several times and it's the sort of thing that tends to confuse and restrict people. Algorithms can not be copyrighted. You can read a book and publish everything you've learned on the internet, as long as you don't copy several pages verbatim. You can even reprint all the equations. This is a right in the US that is protected by the CONSTITUTION. There is another consideration, and that is that Martin Hollman spent a lot of time writing a book for a very limited market. He deserves his wages, and if I can't get it from him direct, I'll buy it from Aircraft Spruce (I assume his cut is larger with AS' markup). Giving a workhorse his due is a very valid concern, but 'copyright infringement' is a red herring.
