Read in Tracy’s Mazda Papers that the first rubber dampers was cut out of shock absorbers.
The demand for psru’s  later grows in such a manner - that they manufactured it by themselves.
The center splines on the input shaft was from an manuel Mazda RX7 clutch plate

Resending.

There was a group buy of the rubber dampeners. I'm sure I could dig up a set of four.
You should be able to get the alum plate and spacers machined.
Big question would  be where to get the center steel spline.

But suggest you contact the Cozy girls to see if they have the whole thing.
Check if this is still valid:

Hello,
New to the group, but longtime advocate and study of the rotary engine in Aviation.
I am building and RV-4 and thought I had a complete RWS redrive assembly.
Turns out I am missing the flywheel or ring gear and damper assembly that connects the redrive to the motor.
Does anyone have a spare? Or know how to fabricate this piece.
