Have been watching Kyle Mohan build two red alloy 13B's for some time and wonder if these are your engines ?..........I have been talking to Kyle about the possibility of having an "Aircraft Specific Alloy Front Side Housing"
made for the three rotor 20B engine with the mounting points built into it for the Lycoming O/IO-540 series of engines which are popular power plants in several high end amatuer built models and also in the sport class racing
at Reno Nevada.........The idea being to make these engines a virtual "Bolt In" utilizing the stock Lycoming engine mount..........Photo's are a Lycoming mount ring attached to a 540 crankcase and a Mazda front cover mounted
on the 540 crank centerline...........The idea is to make a 20B (Or 13B) front side housing incorporating 540 mount points (I call them "Ears")...........
Would love to hear more about your project and also know the Rotary group would also like to hear more about it.........
