Yes, I found it interesting tuning and reading the manual definitely helped there!!
As we idle at over 1600rpm I found that the first two tables don't come into play except as she first fires.
Ours only uses a couple of entries in the 3rd table before jumping into table 3 and table 7 doesn’t get used as its for >20 inches MAP below 5000rpm.
So 4 of the 8 tables are basically not used at all or rarely.
I’m having some difficulty tuning for the two different scenarios of initial acceleration and then descending where the mixture goes ultra lean.
Not sure if the variable pitch prop is partly to blame here.
