Hi Arthur, Tracy is hard to get ahold of these days. Spends much of his time in his mountain top retreat in Colorado. Best bet is leave a message for him on the Fly Rotary email list. I am copying my response to you to that list and perhaps Tracy will catch it.
How is it going for you? I sold my Rotary RV-6A back last year - after turning 80 decided wisest to keep the feet on the ground.
