Looks good Rusty but I think you were a little too conservative with the Bell curve on the ducts.   They'll probably work great anyway due to external diffusion helping a lot.  Finn has ZERO ducting (basically a box with hole in front) and it works amazingly well (now that he has some decent heat exchangers : )

Thanks, and you're correct.  For one, I got sick of sanding them.  Second, the bottom of the right cooler was purposefully left flat, since I have to mount two 1.75" flanges for TB air intake.  The bottom of the right one is a little more curved.  The other big screw up was that I didn't have enough of a flat transition at the front of the duct.  Now, I'm expecting to have to cut them off about 1/4", and that's going to lead to the pain and suffering that I mentioned before.
