Aircraft tubing is available in thousands of sizes from the "Aircraft Spruce and specialty company" at WWW.aircraftspruce.com   Email for questions is info@aircraftspruce.com  Outlets in Corona California
and Griffin Georgia.  Tubing sizes of ID and OD are spaced so as to allow you to slip a smaller tube into a larger tube with a light sliding fit. once completed the structure may be heat treated to improve strength.

Required use in most racing organizations for roll over structures. Special rules for welding and after weld draping or slow cooling. Drop smaller pieces into a lime box. Drape larger pieces or structures with ceramic blankets to slow cooling and keep out cool air currents. Comes with a brown oxide coating that must be removed prior to welding. Welds easy....brazes easy.

1 inch x OD ?
Cant find any specifications for such a design.
