Hi Dave,
I sent the relevant pics to the list, but I'm happy to send you
everything I've got if you want. I have no data at all; just the
pics that do show configuration, and hint at internal structure
via the weld lines that are visible.

Dear Charlie,
Would you send me a copy of the exhaust data and photos
also.

Thanks Charlie,
Those are some good pics.
The main advantage Al's design (besides bringing
the DB level down) is the fact that there is no
packing material involved.
That's a real vulnerable area as was proven by
Mistral and others.
Thanks again.

Exhaust System
Looking closer, they're
pretty small and only a few are relevant. You can
see at least some weld detail on the turning vanes
mentioned. Here you go:

I've got a folder on my
network drive with Al's name on it; it contains 10
pics of his installation (probably...).
So as to not overload the list, would you like me
to send them to you directly?

This
is the only one I could dig up that showed
any of Al’s exhaust. Is Al still around? Did
he get it flying?

Does
anyone have any of the drawings from Al
Gietzen's exhaust system as it was
installed on his Mazda 20B Velocity
