Ernest, You may have to speak with the ProMaz people about wear characteristics of the replaceable wear surfaces of their alloy housings..........Neil from down under may be able to feed us information about this...........These alloy housing are without a doubt "Pricey"....................

Worn out? Shouldn't the plate last the life of the engine? How often do they "wear out"? Are there any examples of high mileage engines that they can point to?
At $10K, just for the three housings, I'd expect high level of reliability.
Alloy side housings are from Promaz automotive in Thomastown in Melbourne Aust. With our dollar they will cost approx. $1800 USD ?? Not sure what his current price is. He puts a steel wear plate into the housings which is great to replace when worn out Name is simon ???? Good to deal with but no bargains. Neil. Where is the aluminum side housings? Where can I purchase them?
