Le Roux,

Anything can be made fit with enough time and money.  For $200 you don’t have much to loose. The machined one from solid is around  $1500.  Just allow that You have a min of $2000 for the prop shaft and gears with out fitting.  Good luck.

What do you guys think ? Could this part ,of a Dodge Rambler V8 Diesel transfercase, be incorporated as one of the parts of a psru ?More specific for the housing for the ouput shaft. The piece that contains the ringear and planetset must still be machined. The housing is 8,5 inches long and contains a needle bearing (front and place for a oilseal)

Found it on ebay and on first sight, looks like the old Ross psru casing. This casing is rated for 460 Nm  torque.
