Well, now that I have my 13b running smoothly, I need to address the
installation of an EGT probe. I have the Microtech ECU, and an AV-10
engine monitor. It is my desire to connect the EGT and CHT probes to the
AV-10 engine monitor. I'm assuming that I can just purchase and install the
spark plug ring type sensors for the CHT.
As far as the EGT, I have the original cast iron manifold, with the
oxygen sensor. (My Microtech ECU likes that). For those of you that are
using the stock cast iron manifold, where did you install your probe for
EGT? Attached is an older picture of my exhaust system. Thanks for any
and all suggestions. It sure is fun making hmmmmmmm noises. I am pleased
that it is not as loud as I thought it might have been. Thanks again to
