It doesn't matter. No car has it done that way. Only the CAS is shielded.

As per Tracy's installation guide, the wires to the injectors should be
routed separately because they generate noise that could be induced into
any adjacent wires.
Would it make sense to run them shielded?
I may be installing a GPS antenna under the cowling.
