So basically if there is any coolant in the block at all it will get pumped. =20 =20 But, show up at Sun & Fun with your RV-3 and I'll buy you two beers = {:>)=20 =20 =20 Does it matter if I'm towing it on a trailer :-) I sure would like to = make SNF this year, but I can't see any chance of it. I still have 25 hours = to fly off, and a whole new installation to troubleshoot. If I'm still = with Philips by April 1st, I'll be in a training class in Cleveland during = SNF. If they lay me off, I'll have time, but still not enough to make SNF. = I should make SERFI, and certainly Tracy's fly-in. =20 =20 I'm just giving you a hard time of course. The block is full, so the = stock pump would certainly pump water out into the cores until it ran out. In other words, I could certainly crank the engine for a few seconds, shut = it down, refill, and repeat as necessary. At this point, it just seems a = whole lot easier to install the bleed valves. They will be at the high points = of the evap cores, and I also have an AN plug at the coolant outlet on top = of the engine.
