I'm about ready for the inspection. Where do I declare the VNE
to a DAR or FAA guy? I don't /can't know what it is till I've done the flight

Hi John,
I've registered 3
experimentals, and can't recall ever listing, or being asked about the
Vne. The only place it needs to be noted is with a red line on your
ASI. If you have a digital ASI, it should probably be placarded on the
panel.
