If you have a pressurised tank and small diameter feed pipe it will burp itself. My overflow tank is down low and I have no burp holes. Filling the system is easy, fill her up including the tank, run the engine for a bit, check level in tank when cool, go flying. Fit a car tubless valve in the overflow tank, for static leak checking.
