What was it designed to be used with? Home heating?
 
 
Some swiming pool water pumping systems have gauges going up to 30 PSI, however, they are not exactly aircraft style instruments, mine is around 2 1/8" in dia and is mechanical - no sensor required.  But, if you used it in an aircraft then you would have a hot water line in your cockpit - if that matters.
