One technique I've seen is to assemble an end plate, rotor, E-shaft and rotor housing so that when you rotate the e-shaft, you can see where the apex seal falls on the rotor housing as the rotor closes the side port. That would be approximate position of the 'bottom' of the P-port in the rotor housing. At that point, decide how big you want the port to be, measure 'up' half that diameter, and start boring, centered fore/aft in the housing= . If you look at various pics of P-ported housings, the diameter and position of the port seems to vary quite a bit, so.... I know Bill has been working with one of the original Powersport principals on a P-port with smaller diameter ports for more reasonable rpm/power levels suitable for a/c; maybe he will jump in with more info. O= ne of the aftermarket rotary engine builder used to supply the p-port templ= ates at little or no cost.  Does any recall who this was?  Altern= atively, does anyone have these and can send me a duplicate?  The P-Po= rt will give me all the power I need (!210 hp) so, I do not see any reason = for me to add a turbo.
