Thanks for the response.  I need to be more involved with this forum so, I can stay better informed.  Can you tell me who Bill is?  While I am operating without any form of time constraint I had better use this opportunity to inform myself about low-pressure turbo applications of the rotary.  By low-pressure, I mean 7-8 psi.  However, I have no experience with the rotary so, low-pressure may carry a different meaning in this application.
