The systems on the Renesis turbo installation are working
properly on the test stand. Now the primary goal is to
accumulate time on the stand to demonstrate reliability. The
challenge is to cool sea level power with 10000 ft density
altitude air using a package appropriate to the airframe. What
was learned in this regard with respect to oil cooling has been
incorporated into the plane with the NA engine installation.
The great improvement in oil cooling was well demonstrated with
the recent XC trip.
