I experienced a similar situation on my 20B's first start. Turns out that I had blown the fuses for the coils. (surge) After replacing the fuses with the next size and cleaning the plugs, it started. So, a check again for power to the coils may be in order.

[LS1 coils should be wired and fused for about 7.5A on the primary side... that's what we use on the Eagle and they work just fine. FWIW....... <Marv> ]
