All I did was follow Tracy's directions (which he says are conservative). I cant recall exactly how much that works out to, but it is set at something like 25"map. But then his computer retards the advance at higher RPM and MP. In casual conversations, he cannot recall exactly the algorithm but he says he developed it on the advise of some car racers. Maybe that was you? Since I don't even have a good knock sensor or wide band O2 sensor, that was the best I could do for my one-off adventure at Reno. That turbo is very similar to mine. =A0I wish I had a larger A/R but= =20 .81 is adequate and worked for me to make over 300hp at Reno. =A0But even= =20 then I was still not using full throttle. =A0I set a limit of 45 inches f= or=20 Reno. =A0My normal limit is 40 inches for take off (and that is short=20 periods only). =A0I currently have the waste gate removed and the turbo= =20 will only do about 38 inches at sea level.. =A0which is perfect for the R= V=20 and keeps a rein on my lead-foot (or=20 fist).
