Ha! You'll have to pay rent :-) I'll need the income when Philips lays me
off. Actually, I've made a semi-serious offer to build a Renesis powered
RV-10 for someone (with lots of money).

With that new plasma cutter, you could go into business cutting exhaust manifold flanges for all the rotary guys without plasma cutters. ;-)
