Bill,

I think this method will work.  Remove the gearbox and dissemble the
mounting plate. Purchase a clear piece of Plexiglas from Home Depot and
match drill several of the 1/4" holes. Match drill the two starter bolt
holes and mark the starter cutout. Rotate the Plexiglas to the desired
location and use as a template.

To those of you who have moved the starter on the PSRU mounting plate,
how did you go about doing it?  Can it be done with the plate mounted?
