I recall taxing early that morning to refuel at Franks place and the wheels were not rolling but sliding on the newly cut grass - a bit hard to turn. On take off, the extra drag caused by up hill, non-rolling wheels, etc made for sloooowwww acceleration - about the time I was considering aborting, I hit a bump and began wallowing in the air, so decided the worst part was over and remained airborne.
