I had the injectors cleaned and flow tested prior to installing them, but since I don’t know what is causing this problem, I am willing to consider anything.

Do you have a recording AFR meter?  Can you rent/borrow/steal one?

My issue did not manifest itself during last night's run, but then I've switched the configuration so that the injectors are opening and closing half as much.  It definitely seemed to be an issue with high frequency operation.  I doubt that the injector cleaners would consider testing for such a thing.

If I can get by the airport in the next couple of days and you would think it helpful, I could run a test where I switch from two to four and maybe even 8 squirts per cycle (a cycle being 720* or two rotor faces).  In fact, I should do it anyway.  It would at least ease my mind as to what was causing my AFR to hit the floor two weeks ago.  It only requires changing an entry in a dialog box and doing a short run-up.
