Well, I've been searching the web most of the day and haven't been able to find what I need. So, it looks like the KISS principle will prevail... I'll probably follow in Steve's footsteps and fab some new ones out of steel brake lines. I already have the banjo fittings and a gas torch, so this should be pretty simple to do.
I was considered using -3 AN to M8 x 1.25 adapters on the OMP and then make up some regular AN lines, but I haven't been able to find anybody that carries -3 AN Male to M8 x 1.25 Male metric adapters. The idea here was to replace the hollow bolts and banjo fittings on the OMP with these adapters, then go with typical AN braided SS line from there. As a last resort, I could weld some up, but now we're really better off with option 1 (KISS). I have found banjo fittings with AN male fittings, but there isn't enough room on the OMP for three of these and the typical size is 10mm and I need 8mm banjos.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Mark, You can use the motorcycle banjos (for brakes). They are available for direct fitting to a -2 or -3 teflon z-braided hose. There are even tee versions, with the banjo in the middle. They also come in banjo to AN angle fittings. A very clean way to do things. Earl's/Holley has a good selection.

OK guys,
Now that I have my OMP installed and working, the lines have begun leaking at the banjo fittings. Any suggestions on replacements or upgrades. Mazdatrix has the front and rear lines but they're $40/ea. and I'm not sure they would fit my 3-rotor. I'm thinking of making some up out of SS.
The banjo bolt is 8 mm.
Any ideas?
