Lynn:  I have .250" 4130 plate for the exhaust flange.  Is this thick
enough.  Also can the holes be cut with a plasma cutter, or should they be
machined in.  I plan on a bevel on the engine side of the plate and TIG
welding the pipes in, if this the proper way to do it.  Thankyou.  JohnD
